The Tecnon OrbiChem On-line service is an information and communication service. Once you have subscribed or completed your purchase and access to the Tecnon OrbiChem On-line service that has been granted you, and any other user you register under your subscription, each individual becomes an authorized user ("User"). You, and any other user registered under your subscription, must agree to all of the terms and conditions set out below in this Agreement, and continued acceptance of this Agreement is a condition of being a User.
BY COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT. THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE OPERATING POLICIES OF THE TECNON ORBICHEM ON-LINE SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE.
The entire contents of the on-line service are copyrighted under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unless otherwise stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented, including graphical images, are the property of Tecnon OrbiChem Ltd.
You are permitted to print or download data or extracts from these web pages for your personal use only. Any copies of these pages saved to disk or any other medium may only be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for personal use. You may not (whether directly or through the use of any software program) create a database in electronic or structured manual form by regularly or systematically downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this site. Each purchase is for registered users only, unless otherwise arranged directly with Tecnon OrbiChem Ltd. To access the on-line service each registered user will be asked to enter their User name and Password. We do not permit any of the following:

Tecnon OrbiChem reserves the right to add or change the terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be posted to the Agreement and it is your responsibility as a User to refer to the terms on accessing the service. Changes will become effective within three hours after first posting to the on-line service and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after this time period.
Tecnon OrbiChem may send information and product or service offerings from time to time, unless you have indicated on the registration form that you do not wish to receive such material.
Tecnon OrbiChem shall have no liability for any interruption or delay in access to the on-line service, regardless of the cause.
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
As at 1st August 2007, these terms and conditions apply to all new Subscribers and to all renewal Subscribers from the date of their renewal.
