| When will the new platform, OrbiChem360, be launched? |

| Will I still get the same information with my subscription? |
Yes, all the information you are currently receiving will be available digitally on the new platform. |
| Will I still get my publication as a PDF? |
PDFs will continue for the short-term but will be phased out over the coming months. All commentary and numerical data will be available on the new platform. |
| Where are my historical PDFs? |
Your historical PDFs will not be available on the OrbiChem360 site. We would recommend downloading your documents and saving them. Alternatively, please contact orbichem360@orbichem.com to request back issues. |
| Will the platform I am currently using be accessible after 1 June? |
No, all your data will be available on the new OrbiChem360 platform. |
| Where do I find my report on the new platform? |
After opening the dataset from the View dropdown menu from the top-right of a page, commentary and data that you subscribe to can be found by selecting the family group, chemical, and any other choices using the filter options on the left. Click ‘Apply Filters’ to load the relevant data. |
| Can I save my filter choices on a page for faster access to certain data? |
Yes! After you have applied a set of filters from the options on the left, use the Saved Filters section at the top of the left-hand filter menu to save those selections. Press the ‘+’ button to get started. Once a saved filter has been created, it can even be “pinned” as the default that will load each time you return to that specific page. |
| Will I get some training on how to use the new platform? |
The platform has been designed to be intuitive. However, training is available on request by clicking |

| Why are the prices in the trade tables different than the prices in the price monitor? |
$/ton figures are calculated from customs data and may not reflect market prices. |
| How are Exchange Rates calculated? |
Exchange rates for historic months are calculated as the average rate across the entire month. For the current month, the exchange rate up until day 15 of the month will be the 15-day moving average to reduce daily volatility. After day 15, the month to date total average will be used. |

| What changes do I need to make in our own systems? |
None that we are aware of, but we recommend you check with your IT department, especially if you are based in China. |
| What technology or browser should I use to access my account on OrbiChem360? |
The technology we use should work on a Windows PC, Mac OS, Android, and iOS devices. It should work with the following browsers Chrome, Edge, Safari, and FireFox, but not with Internet Explorer. |
| When I export data as CSV table and open it in Excel, the currency symbols are not displaying correctly. How do I get the currency symbols to display correctly? |
This appears to be an issue that only occurs when opening a CSV file in Excel. For the symbols to display correctly, you will need to follow these steps after you have exported the data: |

1. Open Excel. |

2. Click on the Data tab. |
| |
3. Click “From Text/CSV”. |
| |
4. Select the CSV file from the directory your file has been downloaded to and click Import. |
| |
5. A window will pop up allowing you to choose the File Origin and to preview your data. |
| |
6. Under File Origin, select Unicode (UTF-8). |
| |
7. Click Load. |
| |
The currency symbols should display correctly. If the issue persists, please report it using the Questions and Issues form. |
| How can I tell what currency I'm looking at in the table if it doesn't appear next to the value? |
The currency should be visible in the header of the column. If it is missing, please report it using the Questions and Issues form in the Help tab of the menu. |
| When I print or export the price data, the chemical name is not visible, how can I see what chemical it is after I’ve printed the data? |
In the “Columns” dropdown menu, you can select "Chemical" |
